How do I wear a wide band “cuff watch” with a long sleeved shirt?

If I choose to wear a long sleeved shirt that his cuffed, does the watch band go under the shirt, or over the coff? Or, do I push up the sleeve to display the watch (bunched up)? I am not too hip on fashion and style so help a brother out!
