What is the best way to get a coaxial cable from an outdoor antenna inside to my TV?

Because I am renting, it doesn’t seem like drilling a hole through the wall is feasible.

If you want to come thru the window they make a flat connection to be able to close the window and connect outside then connect inside. I believe radio shack carries it.
