Water cooler?

Does anyone have a good Power point slide I can post in the Office to get inconsiderate coworkers to replace the bottle in the water cooler when they use the last drop?

Just make one … lookup a water cooler in the clipart and put a message that says “When you use the last drop of water in the water cooler, please replace the bottle. Thank you in advance for your cooperation”.

Importantly, the sanitization process should be following our every 3 months or earlier if there has been any known contamination of your cooler of water or a water machine. If you leave the machine or refrigerator is not used or left empty for a period of time, then it should also stabilize the machine immediately before leaving the people without water in the machine.

If your water cooler is connected to the mains water supply then replace the filter every 6 months. If the filter is over 6 months, then must be removed from the machine to avoid the health and safety concerns.

For point of use / plug in coolers:
 Shut the water using its valve in the inlet pipe
 Replace your refrigerator filter using the Mini Dosa thrust necessary connectors. It is important that the filter is removed, as any carbon filter would make the effective disinfectant solution.
 Unscrew the see through containers on the basis of its Mini Dosa
 Place 20 ml fluid in the container Sanitiser and reposition the Mini Dosa
 refrigerators Empty your tank through the taps
 turn the water back in using the valve
 Leave the machine for 10 minutes
 While waiting to clean your refrigerator with your Aqua Dosa ™ Wipes
Shut off water 
 refrigerators Empty your tank through the taps
 If you have a hot machine switch off the red hot and then drain the water through the hot tank drain (usually located at the base or rear of the machine)
 Replace the filter if the filter is 6 months old, then it must be replaced, otherwise the filter must be removed from the machine to avoid health and safety.
 turn on the water using the valve
 If you have a hot machine leave for 5 minutes to ensure that the tank is full and you turn the switch hot HOT TOPIC
 Flush through a bucket of water through the taps to remove any remaining fluid Sanitiser
 Taste to ensure quality water
 The cooler is ready for use

Bottled Fed for Refrigerators:
 Remove the empty bottle of your machine
 withdraw Spike's box and you will then see separator tank
 Use your 20 ml bottle Sanitiser Sanitiser pour liquid in the tank
 Leaves machine for 10 minutes
 While waiting to clean your refrigerator with the Aqua Dosa ™ wipes attention to Spike and Housing separator
 refrigerators Empty your tank through the taps
 If you have a hot machine switch off the red hot and then drain the water through their hot tank drain (usually located at the base or rear of the machine)
 Replace Housing Spike and the separator and place a full bottle in the machine
 If you have a hot machine leave for 5 minutes to ensure that the tank is full and hot turn on the switch HOT TOPIC
 Leave the machine for 5 minutes to allow the tank to fill coolers
 Flush half a bucket of water taps to remove any remaining Sanitiser fluid
 Taste to ensure quality water
 The cooler is ready for use
