Those who appreciate vintage names – can you rate my favorites?

Marilyn Eve
Eliza Daphne

Maxwell Craig
Elliot Walter

-not pregnant- These are just my favorites.
It’s just a coincidence that both begin with E and M.

I love Maxwell, but i would do Maxwell Walter. Elliot is cute, but i have known many poeple with the last name Elliot so it sounds like a last name to me. Marilyn is cuute, but reminds me of Marilyn Monroe. Eve is a great middle name. Eliza, reminds me of Eliza Menelli.
What about Daphne Ava.

Having multiple revenue streams

In this economy the idea of having a single job is meaningless. Firstly there is much competition for a single job. In Secondly, once committed to a single job, independence and flexibility is removed. The best strategy in this economy, especially for those over 40 years is to have multiple streams of income. This gives you the best sense of security. If an income stream does not work, there are many others to turn to. Suggest that the number five as a goal to aim. Why? No scientific reason can not keep track of them in other hand. This approach, of course, has a whole different thought process.

One of the best ways to start is to look at different work sites in part-time job. Indeed.com recommend. Also start looking at places like elance.com guru.com and to give people the opportunity to bid on work and offer themselves and their talents.

Align all work around a central theme

It is important to focus, energy and momentum to find five sources of income that all are interrelated. For example, I had a client who was a senior professor and quit school because of new strains on teachers. I still loved teaching. Today, helps high school students to discover what they want make in your life and find the best schools for them. She runs a business coaching to help high school students who are struggling with grades. His third main source and business is the development of training programs for teachers as part of their days in service training teaches them to better communicate with students. Its sources fourth and fifth income working part time for others. She is a substitute high school teacher of 3 districts 3 days a week. He likes the challenge and no longer has the pressure of state testing. His other part-time job is working for a textbook company selling textbooks for secondary teachers. This keeps her close to your target audience and customers. Your total earnings after 2 years of development is slightly older than she did as a full professor. Now have to pay private health insurance and who renounced his "retirement", but she is happier now without ever stop doing what he loves. Recently I said it was considering a sixth source of revenue that is helping teachers in the path and process of teaching abroad.

Set You.inc

Like the previous example, this same opportunity is available to you. First, you should think about skills and interests, who number the better. This is where you should focus. You will surprise yourself with ideas that come up with. It is much easier to get 5 sources of revenue and customers then just a job traditional work to enclose in a time, place, and a paycheck! Therefore obsolete for those over 40!

Establish a niche

I have a client that wanted to work with old classic cars. Fast forward today and that has multiple revenue streams around this passion. The center organizes displays of old cars. In fact fixes old cars from others. It acts as a broker to help people to get the spare parts they need for their vintage cars. He works one day a week at a junkyard. He likes being outside and this also gives access to new parts coming in 2 days per week worked tire change at a local store. While this does not directly refer to his love of old cars, who knows how to fix the tires and the part-time job keeps him around cars!

Find new ways of working

Start with a business card. What do you call yourself? What would your motto be? How would your marketing brochure as? What products and services you can develop and sell to others. Part-time jobs that can be combined into similar areas?

It starts with a sense of purpose and path

Focus on areas where he feels deep interest. It is very important, especially After 40 when you start feeling a sense of urgency about their work and what you do.

Over 40 the old way of looking for a job no longer makes sense. The new way is to create multiple streams of income. This is important in midlife as the need to study, travel, and be creative surface upward. Receive only a job is hard work-getting five is much easier!
