Where can I get a cable box for an old 90s VHF/UHF TV ?

Since the TV, only has 33 VHF channels and a bunch of UHF channels . Does anyone know where exactly can i find the cable box ?

Your cable company will get you a cable box that outputs video signal. Then you need a modulator convertor, which you can get here:
