Where can I buy a cheap VHF radio to scan aviation bands?

I want to buy a cheap VHF radio scanner so I can listen to aviation bands of radio (like FM 119.9, for example). I only need the recieve function. Where can I buy a cheap one and for how much? Thanks!

I’m not sure what you call cheap, but the first link below lists a scanner that’s only $100. The link to AVshop below lists one for only $55. As an added note, the civilian aviation band is AM not FM.
