Marine Corps JROTC universal mission statement?

Hello i was wondering if the MCJROTC has a universal mission statement or motto that all the programs use? or do the schools come up with one thats unique to themselves? i need this info asap so the correct answer is very appreciated. no bullshit please.

According to Title 10, Article 2031 of the United States Code, the mission of all JROTC programs is, “to instill in students in [United States] secondary educational institutions the values of citizenship, service to the United States, and personal responsibility and a sense of accomplishment.”
That isn’t to say that each branch doesn’t have their own mission, or simplified versions of this general mission. Beyond that, each school could have their own mission as well, although it isn’t technically, “Official.”

Duke University is located in Durham, NC It was opened in 1838 and chartered 1841 as Union Institute in Randolph County.
