What would be a good set of tubes for the Blues Junior?
I play on American made rosewood Telecaster with 52 Re- issue pickups. I’m due for a tube change, I am currently using the stock tubes and am looking for some new tubes. I was looking for some tungsols not sure though. I want a bright tone, I play with alot of drive, a bit of a lower output, and less raunchy sounding highs.
There are alot of tubes around, just check on different sites on google and I think you will be fine.

In any economy, biopharmaceutical companies need to reduce costs associated with manufacturing processes. However, in difficult economic conditions today and the atmosphere super regulated, it is especially important with a repeatable and consistent methodology to manufacturing systems to eliminate regulatory waste as well as the possibility of self-induced pollution.
The use of disposable kits is a growing trend whose time has come. Typically bag systems associated with replacement of tanks, there are many new products and capabilities that can be applied to manufacturing processes that meet the needs manufacturers of medical devices today. For the purposes of discussion, Tube Assemblies fluid path will be used as an example.
Recent events in a variety of disposable tubing sets have created opportunities for cost savings. The newly developed valves, disposable medical and filtration finishes available in a capsule format have allowed the substitution of steel applications for fluid transfer components sterile disposable. Moreover, while that recent history has seen significant growth in disposable bags used for bioreactors, mixers, transport, transfer, and harvest, to name a few, is only the beginning of opportunities for integration into the use of disposable tubes manufacturing components and assemblies.
Progress asepsis in components and connectors is a promising developments in the manufacture of irradiation sterilized disposable assemblies. Aseptic connectors attached to tanks stainless steel, bag systems or tube assemblies allow connections to be sterile in a non-sterile. Using aseptic connectors allow less need connection or transfer under a laminar flow cabinet or Class 100 clean environment, allowing a connection to sterile fluid pathway in a non – sterile .. Increased adoption of sets with tubes and disposable aseptic connectors as disposable capsule filters valves, and sanitary ends, will consumer (manufacturer) to develop the full path of fluid in a format available.
Tubes of silicon has a long history in a single systems use, but now there are many alternatives. Thermoplastic elastomer pipe alternatives are available, such as CFlex ™, which has better features physical, the low gas permeability of particles, and is good for peristaltic pumps for use in manufacturing applications. Besides thermoplastic elastomer tube can be used in conjunction with a tube of sealant to seal the tube or pipe welders to merge two paths sterile tube. Silicone tubes can not be sealed or welded thus dramatically reducing manufacturing flexibility.
Disposable valves are another cost saving option. Available from Millipore and colder the connector (and elsewhere), disposable valves allow the replacement of stainless steel valves in all production facilities. The Valves are available in SIP, as well as steam trap configurations. Asanitary connectors stainless steel normally can be replaced by the plastic during time use of sterile products. Moreover, many disposable OEMs the ability to develop almost any format of the interest claimed by the consumer pharmaceutical manufacturing for the fluid movement within the facility.
Assembly Planning can save money too. Irradiation of sssemblies purchase available sterile tube set will reduce the internal assembly of the pipe assemblies and eliminate the need for clean steel prior connections to manufacture, but additional planning is necessary. Most companies integrate some of the disposable components while others assemble and autoclave; Careful planning must be done to prevent mingling of fluid through these tubes assemblies. This is especially problematic because many of the components such as disposable valves have been developed and closed the autoclave process can not always kill the bacteria in valves that are available load at that position. From pre-production planning to use disposables such as pre-irradiated tube assemblies can improve the sterility assurance for connections fluid path.
Use of contract manufacturers has advantages and disadvantages. Using a contract manufacturer meets the assemblies of a single use, including fluid path tubing assemblies, is a big job and savings opportunity cost of pharmaceutical manufacturers, but also creates additional requirements. An additional level management of these assemblies purchased is required and the development of a strong supply relationship with an OEM partner to ensure a continuous supply of lead long components used in product design. Moreover, inventories of good governance are essential, and any manufacturer of pharmaceuticals taking into account the use of disposable components should consider the needs of the annual production of blanket orders to ensure product availability at the time of production desired. It is always easier to adjust the requirements for the floor, try to have a manufacturer to respond to extremely short delivery long term use of components time.
In conclusion, several key reasons for the use of disposable tubes assemblies and components include:
1. Disposables can eliminate the process of cleaning and cleaning validation associated with stainless steel vessels
2. The use of pre-irradiated custom fluid transfer tubes denies Assemblies need for internal costs of production and sterilization
3. The use of disposables reduces the total investment in plant and tanks and piping costs, resulting in lower capital costs
4. Disposables designs offer "faster production of" build-outs. And allows technicians to stay focused on increased production becomes
5. Disposable ensure a well-developed lower risk of the likelihood of contamination in the industry.
