How do you fix a flourescent tube light that only lights up one tube? The other tube is not burned out.?

It’s a 2 foot length tube each tube is 20 watts and no the tube that doesn’t light up is not burned out. The good tube lights up just fine it’s the other that doesn’t. Any suggestions?

Few watersports offer pure enjoyment as boat tubing. And the best part is it is so easy compared to, for example, water skiing. This facility makes it suitable for all age groups and so a great activity for the whole family. As easy as it is, however, we must take some precautions. Then some indications on how to get the most out of your towable tubing experience.
