Radio Shack PRO-433 Trunking scanner, where is the decimal point to enter frequencies?

I am trying to enter a frequency into my scanner but I cannot find the button to use to enter the decimal point, does anyone know which key that would be? Thanks!

Gas Saving Tips from the Pros

(ARA) – Are above are down, they are a backup. Gas prices got you down? If telework and pubic transportation are not viable options for you, here are some down to earth, advice from professionals in the non-profit National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).

It is important to keep your vehicle well maintained and change their driving habits to maximize mileage, ASE officials said. Here is an action plan of the group that tests and certifies automotive technicians:

Monitor your tires. Tires inflated or poorly aligned wheels waste fuel by forcing the engine to work harder. Let cool before checking tire air pressure. Wheels off line, as evidenced by uneven tread wear, should be aligned by a professional.

Consolidate your daily trips and errands. Some of the trips may be unnecessary. Also, try to travel when traffic is light so you can avoid stop-and-go conditions.

Avoid overheating the engine. Turn off your vehicle waiting for friends and family.

Observe speed limits. Speeding decreases your miles per gallon.

Drive gently. Sudden accelerations guzzle gas. Anticipate traffic patterns and adjust your speed gradually. Use cruise control. (Help your suspension system, brakes and last longer, too.)

Getting rid of excess weight by removing unnecessary items from the vehicle. Essential elements of the store just on the trunk. Less weight means better mileage. After a family vacation, be sure to remove all unnecessary elements, including roof top cargo.

Use Windows and air conditioning wisely. Your mileage should improve if you keep the windows closed at high speeds, because of the reduced air resistance. Replace filters and fluids as recommended; have engine performance problems (up Minimum rough, poor acceleration, etc.) into a repair center.
