How can I convert my normal SW Radio to SSB radio Receiver?

a normal AM reception radio is not frequency stable enough to allow SSB reception. If it were stable enough, it would need to tune in 100 Hz increments not 1 KHz as is normal for broadcast receivers. If you could do these then it would need a BFO to demod SSB. if you were skillful enough to make the mods, you would be better served to build the radio from scratch, as there are a lot of details concerning bandwidth, agc and other factors that need to optimized for SSB use.
