what’s the best external antenna to improve am reception on SONY ICF-SW7600GR?

I listen to a AM radio when traveling but find that in Australia outside of the main towns and cities I can’t receive my favorite stations. I’ve looked online and can see various external antenna’s but am not sure if they will match the SONY ICF-SW7600GR particularly because the external antenna jack seems to be live and supplies power for use by the external antenna. I’ve bought the SONY AN-LP1 but since found out that this is for SW not AM. Help!!!

I found a site that says a RI-FS-3H will fit but they are in

At least this gives you some place to start I am sure you could E-mail
them or look for 1 in Australia. I am from USA so have no idea what suppliers you have.
