Radio Shack Pro 135 Question About Freqs?
How do I enter a frequency into the Radio Shack Pro 135.I read the manual and it didn’t make clear sense, maybe because this is my first scanner but i need to enter a freq and i cant because i dont know how.Please help.I want to listen to a new freq station and different district and city.
With this model you can’t just punch a frequency into it and listen. Instead, you’ll need to enter it into one of the twenty channels in one of the ten memory banks. (There’s your 200 channels.) But once you have that frequency stored, you can select its channel directly for listening.
So, if you have a frequency in mind, choose a bank number (0-9) and a channel number (0-19), then hit MAN, ENT/PGM, and punch in those numbers to go to that empty channel. Hit MAN again and enter the frequency including the decimal point and finish with ENT/PGM.
To listen to that channel, hit MAN and enter the three digit number.
