looking for a scanner monitor device. more like a radio?

it looks like a walkie talkie and a c.b. but it hads a different name. whereas you can use this type to spy on your people. you can listen and also communitcate at a long distance. i would like to know the make of this radio. thank you very much

There are all kinds of radios out there that are for communication and you can listen to anyone else using them too. Hard to say exactly what you’re looking for, but there are the FRS (Family Radio Service) and GMRS (General Mobile Radio Service) type that are commonly used for a variety of things.
