Do you think these Russian regular Army types look pretty Slovenly?

I have been watching foreign clips of these Russian soldiers on You tube, the looting the bank robbers the shooting at reporters etc.
Besides all that don`t you think these soldiers look and act pretty slovenly? Especially as compared to all the pictures of our guys in combat in Iraq?
Ok, How about a different word, Do they look RAG TAG?

I agree, they look like a bunch of criminals dressed up in combat uniforms. They do not look militarily correct!!!
