My mom has a 92 Oldsmobile 98 Regency Elite and the radio say’s loc on it where can I get the code for it to unlock it. Is there any way to unlock it with out paying to unlock it.

Worse case, you can call the Olds dealer and give them the VIN and tell them u need the radio code for it.
