I am planning to buy a 120wpc receiver for 2 400watts large speakers.will it work or I need to add an amp?

It should work fine unless the speakers have very very low sensitivity (by that I mean really low like 80dB). That would mean you would need more watts to power the speakers to normal listening levels.

You’ll only damage speakers by under powering if the amp starts clipping. Clipping would be if you had to turn it up so much that it was over driven. If the 120wpc is rated at > 0.1% THD then you should be fine. If it’s rated at 120wpc @ 10% THD then I would say you might be in trouble because you could start clipping at moderate volume levels.

If you add a comment on what receiver (make/model) you’re looking at I can inform you better.

Medical receivables Factoring provides much needed capital providers

Medical receivables factoring has become a financing instrument very necessary to healhcare providers large and small. A major hospital and nursing home company just reported a fall of 14% in income net for the fourth quarter of 2006 over the same period last year. CFO of the company said the decline is attributed almost exclusively to reduce reimbursement rates Medicare. Although still very profitable, the company expects continued erosion of benefits that are expected to payback rates.

For groups smaller problems are magnified. The decrease in Medicare reimbursement, along with raising insurance premiums and malpractice slow collection time periods waiting for a third party payors have placed many providers in a precarious situation. A large percentage of doctors have postponed buying much needed equipment and personnel dismissed or are planning layoffs in the near future.

These suppliers are unable to change laws regarding reimbursements from Medicare, but may take matters into their own hands, using its assets more efficiently. Medical receivables factoring provider gives immediate cash for invoices from third parties. Third are paying commercial insurance companies, HMO, PPO, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Medicare, Medicaid and welfare programs of the state. Normally, the supplier have to wait between 30 to 90 days to collect their payments after the service has been performed. Factoring changes all that.

Factoring is not a loan: is the sale of its medical claims third. There is an asset-based loan or a debt facility that banks offer. Unlike bank lines you can link to all assets, target = "_new" href = "http://ocflink.com/content/view/28/42/"> factoring only imposed its medical receivables. Furthermore, it is an off-balance sheet transaction. In other words, the record does not reflect the debt as a result of factoring. This can be important in the event that practice is the sale or new partners are added.

The advantages of factoring medical receivables are numerous:

• Provides a stable cash flow and reliable.
• There is no predetermined limit funding. The amount financed is limited only by the set of its accounts receivable from third parties.
• No personal guarantees are required.
• Capital is available for expansion, equipment, or simply paying bills on time

Which suppliers are candidates for factoring?
• MRI Centers
• Health agencies home
• Rehabilitation Centers
• suppliers of durable equipment
• Medical labs
• Clinical Substance Video
• Dialysis Facilities
• Hospitals
Groups of doctors •
• The physical therapy centers
• outpatient services

One criticism of factoring is cost. However, increased competition has enabled suppliers to enjoy a lower cost of capital, which does medical receivables factoring even more attractive.
