Should police consider race when it profiles potential crimes?

Of course. They can call it racial profiling or whatever they want, but the job still needs to get done.
If a witness sees a black male robbing a store and driving away in a white car, should the police be stopping white males driving blue pickups and interrogating them about the robbery?
Political correctness has no place in solving crimes.

Today RACE-can we really talk about it?

The race, race – the race is all bout '? This should be letters of a new song. Wherever you turn a media personality in America is reporting on race, interviews the authorities about race, and labeling, sorting, and detailing the trials and tribulations of race and race relations in America today. However, outside the media, is anyone even talking about race and how race fits our ideals, morals and culture today?

Do you it is time to open the race debate? Let's put everything on the table. Race, race relations, racism closet, racial prejudice, racial bias, conflicts between races, race history, what we think of race in our society today, race in the media, racial divisions, the emotions associated with race, stepping away from racism, tolerance, etc, etc, etc. Let's make dinner conversation race issue. Let's talk about race with our children, spouses and wives, brothers, fathers and grandparents, friends and neighbors. Is not it time to stop skirting debates racial conflict? Is now the time to stop labeling and judge who is and who is not "racist." Let's talk about race openly and honestly. Actually, everyone in the spotlight talking about race and race relations – Huh? Are you ready to openly discuss race and racial attitudes?

Perhaps this is a good place to start. Ask yourself and your friends the following questions that were raised and discussed recently in the media; 2009.

Racism is not just a "people white theme?

Name Jimmy Carter is a buzz in the media and the Internet at this time after his recent comment, "There is a belief among many whites, not only in the South but throughout the country, African Americans are not qualified to lead this great country. "(As reported by CNN, September 2009)

(He said he wanted to be very careful before talking about this. Well, I wonder if you feel you had care or if you wish had not even brought it up.)

Does the term "racism" are simply converted into the political fodder?

Michael Williams, an African American candidate for the United State Senate and once the federal prosecutor to combat the Ku Klux Klan wrote on his blog dated September 2009, … "false cries of racism short our discussion, but does legitimate concern about the pockets of racism impossible hear among most Americans where it really exists. Racism still exists in America today – on both sides of the political spectrum. Is it true that race is not as large nor as a general problem of the career of "harassment of business" would have us believe?

"Race is only a marginal element in our society today." (Interview with Mark Williams, Organizer Express Tea Party, CNN Video Broadcast, September , 2009) added that the business of race is important for some people, while not even a "on the radar as a problem" with others.

(What, exactly, is a marginal component between a society that continues to battle, or at least agree with the historical significance of the atrocities?)

Should we tolerate political signs representing President Obama with a tribal costume of witchcraft? Is it acceptable or racist to display and carry to the signs of our President presented on the face of white paint described as "The Joker?" Americans have tolerated this lack of respect for all the former Presidents United States or are these examples of racism in America today spend just as a new form of comedy relief?

"Skip" Gates, who was arrested at his home for disorderly conduct after being accused of harassing a police officer at the site of his house after a neighbor called a "suspected burglary suspect sighting. Gates, director of Harvard University's WEB Du Bois Institute for African & African American Research, is a prominent black scholar in the United States. The incident renewed the debate about "racial profiling" and if the police in the United States treat blacks and other minorities differently than whites.

Dave Matthews says: "Racism is everywhere!" (Dave Matthews, a popular musician and songwriter who, during his early years, grew up in South Africa and the United States of America.)

A state commission issued a statement of probable cause – racism. " This followed a suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Swim Club revoke the privileges of a large day care center for minorities in swimming pool at the club.
