Has any one else noticed a problem with the Yahoo Sports Pro Pick ‘Em tie breaker system?

Yahoo Sports Pro Pick ‘Em tie breaker system is flawed. It does not work correctly. The wrong winner is being picked in a league I am in. I’ve verified that a winner was shown who had 44 total points on the Monday night game. I had 45 total points. Another person had 52.

it must be whoever is closest without going over is the winner… just a thought. not sure.
