What determines who is in the Pit Crew Challenge?
I thought that the Pit Crew Challenge was for the pit crews of the drivers that would be in the All Star Race. Why was Reed Sorenson’s crew in the challenge? And Juan Pablo Montoya? Marcos Ambrose? None of them have won a race in the past year, are Champions, or former All-Star winners? When Jeff Burton’s crew won they said that he gets first pit selection for the race. What would have happened if Reed would’ve won, but isn’t in the race?
All of the same teams that are in the All-Star race were in the Pit Crew Challenge (except for the #09 because they chose not to compete). Also eligible was the 2008 Pit Crew Challenge winner, which was the #83 team. That filled 18 of the 24 spots. The rest of the spots were filled by owner points, which is how the #42, #00, #1, #47, #07, and #43 got in.
The Coca-Cola 600, held at Lowe ™ € s Motor Speedway, Denny Hamlin finished ninth after the exhausting 600 miles of racing. This action cost him a possible five finish since taking the top four venues played and not enter the pit lane to their fuel supplement. While ninth place is enough to keep Hamlin in fourth place in this ™ € season s championship, was the work of your team of mechanical attention. His team won the weekly Checkers / Rally € ™ s Double Drive-Thru Challenge. The victory of the pit crew moved into second place overall for the entire season.

Not surprise me if they win more awards for its € efforts.â
Winning the challenge means that Hamlin € ™ s pit crew will take home $ 11,000 as their prize. At the conclusion of the current Nextel Cup Series, the team with more wins than receive $ 111,150. These men provide good support for Hamlin, who has allowed him to perform at a respectable level this season. Changes equipment tires and spare Hamlin € ™ s car with the fuel during a race very similar to one change,

So far, Hamlin € ™ s team has won three races this season. The first one came to Bristol in the Food City 500 on March 25. During that race, Hamlin finished 14th. The second victory posted by No. 11 FedEx crew came during the Fresh Fit 500 subway out at Phoenix International Raceway in Avondale, Arizona. With fourteen races before the Chase the Cup, Hamlin needs his team to continue the way they are done to ensure their place in the ten race series to determine the champion of this season.
