Preparing the surface to hang a Wallcovering

When hanging a wall covering, the surface must be clean, dry and as flat as possible. Cracks and holes must be filled and smoothed surface. Plastered surfaces
Walls that have a wall lining in them preference should be stripped before another wallcovering is hung.
