does anyone know how i could go about wiring my audio from my radar detector into my car sound system?

my original speaker in my detector musta blew at one time it just quit so i wired in a speaker from a cell phone which i can hgear but not over my exhaust and my stereo. i know its possiblke but just dont know exactly the schematics of it. could i just run the pos and neg wires for the audio output of the radar in to my rca’s goin into my stereo amplifier thus sending the sound of the radar thru my stereo speakers? or could i wire up an old tiny amp i got and concoct a splitter to splice the mono coming from the radar into stereo with rca plugs comin off the radar speaker wire and attach a small speaker? or somethin?

Is not a good idea trying to connect it to the audio system, is better to connect to a separate amplifier/or speaker. Get a small mono amp with high level speaker input to connect the speaker wires from the detector directly to the amp.
