Mounted Dog

My dog is in heat and i carried her out and a dog mounted her but they didnt tie up could she b pregnant?

I didnt know she was in heat. She really didnt show signs. i only went in the house like 30 secs and when i came out my neighbors dog had her mounted. SHe is 2 years old. i know they didnt tie .They are both Saint bernards. Is it possible for a dog to be pregnant with no “tie”? Thanks for the comments:-)
