Lighter Adapter

No cassette/tape player in car, where can I find a good external player/cigarette lighter adapter?

I’d like a tape player that can attach to the car speakers, so that you can hear the music through the speakers, but I don’t want to actually rip out my original player and replace it entirely. They have adapters for iPods that plug right into the cigarette lighter, so I was wondering if there are adapters for cassette players that you could do the same thing?

If so, what are they called and what types do you recommend?
