Where can I find a large bicycle-mounted rack?

I’m looking for a larger than normal bicycle mounted rack – about large enough to carry a case of beer securely. My local bike store told me that if I wanted something that large, I’d have to fabricate it myself. Anyone know of any that I can just purchase?
