Who makes the best motorcycle intercom system and why?

I am interested in buying a intercom system and I would like to get feedback on which ones to buy..

J&M makes a handlebar mounted intercom/CB/WX that works real well. Reasonably priced, good looks, clean & easy installation and it has the ability to plug in another radio as well. I’ve got an XM system that I use with mine. J&M makes the Honda and Harley O.E.M. systems and is very big customer service and standing behind thier products. I couldn’t be happier with the set up. Thumbs up all around here.

The days when the intercoms were mere additions to security systems at home are over. With the advent of intercom systems very advanced and sophisticated variations of the original traditional intercom, intercoms are now at the forefront of home security.

Less than a decade ago, had very limited capacity intercoms. Usually placed near entrances (intercom door) or in hotel rooms children (intercom baby), the first models were used specifically to communicate with visitors and to monitor the younger members households. The models were often referred to audio problems, and various complications with cables and wires.
