What is the difference between a high power tennis racket and a low power one?

I’m planning to buy a Prince O3 racket, but i want to know what the high power means and the low power means. (such as if you have a high power racket then, even if you swing softly it will still pack a pretty good punch)

A high power racquet gives you more power as u said, but gives a minimum control over the ball. A low power racquet gives u the control, but needs the manual power to hit the ball hard.
In high power racquet, string tension will be low and vice versa.

U.S. and coalition military forces in Iraq and Afghanistan are using the high power laser pointers as means of non lethal deterrent and saving lives.
