which one is better Intel core2 duo 2.0Ghz processor or AMP 2.1 GHz processor?

I am planning to buy a laptop. I am turn between Cq35-110TU and CQ40-416AU. A friend mentioned that i have to consider the processor. CQ35 has Intel core2 duo processor which has 2.0Ghz. While CQ40-416AU has AMP processor 2.1GHz. Which one is better and faster?

It’s AMD not AMP!

Anyway, go for the Cq35-110TU. It has twice as much RAM! XD
