What can cause someone to feel on ‘edge’ almost 24/7 ? Like they are ready to jump out of their own skin.

My friend is on edge most days….has trouble relaxing physically.(Has back problems as well). ..says her mind races……..She is #31…single…Tells me all the time that she feels like she needs to jump out of her own skin. She also breaks out into a rash on her arms & neck at times.

if she is having panic attacks,or excessive adrenaline ,this “generalised anxiety disorder” could be treated with medicines and/or psycological therapies.in the mean time advise her to limit caffeine if she is a coffee drinker,also “excessive adrenaline” can be burned off some with exercise.
