Does the Nikon Coolpix S230 digital camera have a selective coloring effect?

i am looking for a good digital camera to buy and i was thinking about buying the Nikon Coolpix S230, but from what i’ve found online, i can’t tell if it has the selective coloring effect or not. (where you can chose one color and have the rest of the picture be black and white) i want to know if this camera has this effect before i buy it. do you know if it does?

I think only canon cameras have that color effect.
