Why is it that allot of higher end car audio aren’t very efficient? Low sensitivity ratings like 86 or 89 dbl
I have looked this up. The higher the sensitivity the more efficiant the speaker.
A speaker rated 91 dbls requires less wattage than a speaker with 86 dbls to get the same sound. And I have seen subs ratted at 1500 rms and 91 dbls sensitivity.
Efficiency is the relationship between the motor strength of the speaker and its ability to overcome the mechanical resistance (surround, spider, cone weight). Clarity comes from a good balance of the two along with the stiffness of the cone while being as lightweight as possible (cheaper cone materials flex and warp as they move) ; the ability of the voice coil to rapidly dissipate heat and maintain a consistent resistance; and maintain sufficient excursion to produce a fuller range of sound without bottoming out.
I have not read a single PLO book lol so that tells you that you do not have to read a book to learn.
You need to read the messages in the forum of Omaha. Begin playing in the minor stakes for practice and after many hands as possible in the Omaha Hi forum so you can get input.
General rules PLO to take into account
# 1 Starting hand selection: Not as essential as it is in holdem but starting hands are very important in how the hand is played a showdown. Hands are playing extremely well 9JTQ consecutive letters and even better and more appropriate double major. You want to avoid playing hands as the only appropriate A6T9. This type of hand does not play well. The hands more often in the victory of the PLO are trips, straights, flushes, and boats. Note how the probability of obtaining this type of hand when you select your starting hand. Use this system of points, at least at first to get the idea what the hands are good:

# 2. The position is very important in the PLO. You get to see what the other players bet first and get to control the size of the pot. You can see the weakness or strength. Easy to say if you bet they are strong, if not more likely to be weak.
Try to avoid Rasing in early position, even with good starting hands. Especially with it AAxx of a death sentence because everyone knows you have aces and destroy you. There happens to me many times.
# 3. Aces, although profitable in the PLO, not the beginning and end all. It is good if you can isolate the bet between you and another player, but plays poorly multilateral. So if you are late in raising psotion as higher than can be isolated from their opponets. I also understand that dry aces are not worthy of Rasing (dry are not suitable aces aces in the hand) … the best is the appropriate dual aces or aces dbl AAJT connectors as appropriate … psotion push love it later.
# 4. Two pairs is always played by Hold'em players come to the PLO. It is the best place in pot with a pair of two, because two pairs rarely wins in this game. There is more to this, but if you prefer something else in mind.
# 5. Holdem Players used to brag … if you are new to the PLO …. NO BLUFF will not work! You will go broke if you try and do not know how. Beacon is an advanced step I'm still experimenting with myself. You should avoid until you fully understand the game.
There are so many things that can be covered … but I tried lol so this is all I'm writing for now … Good Luck.
