Use a Oscilloscope for a Ham radio Frequency test?

I got my first HF radio yesterday. I just finished building my MFJ cub. To Aline the frequency you need a receiver. I have a oscilloscope at my school that I can use. Could I use that in some way to find the frequency that i’m transmitting at. The only receiver I have is the MFJ cub that I need to Aline. It’s 17 meter. Thanks if anyone can help
