1. Shipping Racks

Shipping rack is a steel or aluminum rack frame designed to protect components and products while they are being shipped over the road or by rail. Shipping racks are usually used for transporting parts ranging from to engines, to lawn mowers, to mufflers, to agricultural tractor components and everything in between.
Stackable shipping racks are designed in such a way that they can be 4 or 5 loads high to save warehouse space. In many instances, the racks can be designed to stack 2 high during shipment, reducing your freight costs.  

Often shipping racks are designed with sides that can fold down.  This allows empty racks to be stacked more densely for lower freight costs on the return trip. This also prevents the rack posts from being misplaced in shipment.

Custom shipping rack design can be customized to the size, dunnage, weight capacity, construction materials, etc. to make a shipping rack fit your product, the way you want.

2. Steel Coil Storage Rack System

Coil racks are structural rack frame of steel tubing designed for receiving steel coils and holding them off the floor or ground. Coil storage racking stores steel coils and reels safely and efficiently, which allows steel or metal fabricators or distributors to maximize their storage space.

Stackable coil racks maximize your storage space by allowing you to add a second or third level of storage. This opens up a large amount of valuable floor space for other uses.

A linear motor is, simply speaking, an electric motor that uses a linear force mechanism to generate the energy needed for that application. Unlike a motor electrical rotation (found in automobiles, appliances, and common use of electrical appliances), a linear motor generates its energy production through scientific principles only linearly, ie no torque or rotation to produce force rapidly through the current relationship electric magnetic field. Linear motors are used for a variety of purposes, including high speed trains, military weaponry, spacecraft exploration robotics technologies, medical progress, and engineering of automated systems whose function is to produce massive quantities of a given product.

There are two basic types of linear motors: the acceleration of low and high acceleration. Low acceleration engines are typically used for applications where resistance is favored by bursts of high power electromechanical or power. These types of linear motors are designed for magnetic levitation trains, applications automated systems, etc. High starters are the most common of the two, and produce products faster shorter amounts of time, such as those used in firearms, military equipment, spacecraft propulsion, etc.. Under acceleration linear motors are designed to accelerate an object to a continuous stable rate, while high-acceleration linear motors to accelerate an object to a very high speed and then release the object. Typically, the linear acceleration engine low will be designed with a settlement system on one side of the motor and the magnets on the other side to create the electromagnetic repulsion force needed to implement success what is called linear synchronous design.
