Is there a clip on attachment that makes a dpad on a handheld game like an analog stick?

Like it clips on the + and makes it a 0?
Ds especially and Links please. I know one exists i just need to know details and where.

I haven’t seen one, and I believe that there isn’t one out (at least right now). Also, the dpad on say PSP is too big for an analog stick. It would cause people problems of space lacking while playing. I may be wrong, but at least aan answer like this is better than no answer, right? =)
