how do i know if a TV channel is UHF or VHF?

I am looking at tv antenna and have no luck with indoor antennas so now looking at outdoor antennas. i found one but it is only UHF and HDTV. how do i know what a channel is?? UHF or VHF??

The channels i am trying to get are 7 and 9.

Channel 1 thru 13 are VHF and all the rest are UHF.
If you had and old 80s it had two tuners channel 1 thru 13 were VHF and the second tunner handled the rest. So it looks like you need a VHF antenna.
