banging noise coming from car vents at start up?

Hi, i have a renault megane 1.4 16v 2002 at start up when i turn the ignition each vent on the dash makes a banging noise once? is this normal? is it the vents just opening up? ive only just started noticing it and have had the car for over a month?!
