Does anyone have any idea how to program the Uniden Bearcat BCT-15 scanner?

I have just bought the Uniden bearcat BCT-15, I need to manually program it? Does anyone know how to do that? I like to get the software program to go alone with its called ARC15 Pro? Anyone know where I can get that for free? Download it? Thanks.
