I have a hand held UNIDEN BEARCAT UBC92XLT scanner stuck on L/O (Lock Out) Anybody know how to free this ?

It does have good batteries or power doesn’t it?
Turn it off & on to see if that cracks it. If not, you may have to reset it, but this clears all info on the radio. Make a note of your frequencies

Procedure:

1} Turn off.

2} While holding down 2, 9 and Hold, turn it on. Takes about 3 seconds.

3} When done, CLEAr appears

University of Cincinnati Bearcats will battle with the Hokies of Virginia Tech, the champion of the Conference of the Atlantic Coast on January 1. This will be a party crucial for both teams.
