battery charger…?

i got a rayovac battery charger and im trying to recharge up 2 AAA batteries they say on them NiMH 1.2V and im also trying to recharge to AA HYBRID batteries they same on them 1.2V 2100 mAh NiMH nickel metal hydride they are both of the rayovac brand and its been taking forever to charge them am i doing something wrong???

unless the battery is made for rapid charge, the 1/10 capacity is the normal charge time.
