Is a 75w amplifier too loud for practice use in a bedroom or apartment even?

I’m planning on getting a line 6 spider 3 75w amplifier for Christmas but I don’t know if it will be too loud for practice in my bedroom? Can it get quiet enough? How quiet can it get? I don’t want it too be too loud where I have to use headphones.

A 75 w amp will be more than enough to wake your neighbors, however every amp has a gain dial.
