Is there an adapter which will allow you to use seperate headphones with bluetooth phones?

I want an adapter that I can plug headphones into and use as a bluetooth headset for my phone. I need cheap but good, and large compatability.
My cell is bluetooth capable, what I am looking for is a bluetooth adapter which would wirelessly connect a set of headphones to my phone. I found plenty of wireless headsets but I need something with decent to upper end audio quality for music

you need to search first the compatability of your cellphone with that bluetooth headset as not all would function. there are available adapters too and not expensive. few bucks will do. our manager is using an adapter since his cellphone has no bluetooth function. he bought it over the amazon.com
